Return & Refund Policy

At Runiné, each piece is thoughtfully handmade to order. Because of this, we kindly ask that you read our return policy carefully.


Returns
Because all Runiné items are handmade to order, we only accept returns if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at runine.eu@gmail.com, including clear photos of the issue. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Damages or Issues
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will offer a replacement or refund once the issue has been confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items
Because all Runiné products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item qualifies for a return due to damage or defect, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to contact us so we can assist you accordingly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are ordering from within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.

However, in accordance with EU law, this right does not apply to custom or personalized items made specifically to order. Since all Runiné products are handmade to order, the right of withdrawal is excluded unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
