Thank you for shopping with Runiné. Each piece is thoughtfully handmade, and we appreciate your patience while we create something special just for you.
Processing Time
All Runiné items are handmade to order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Processing time may vary depending on the size and details of your order. During busy periods or special collections, processing times may be slightly longer. Any updates will be shared clearly.
Shipping
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier and are provided as estimates only. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time.
Shipping Confirmation
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Delays
Runiné is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Runiné cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package lies with the carrier. If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us so we can assist you as best as possible.
